Formerly, PT Bukit Darmo Property named PT Adhibaladika that was established based on the deed no 11, dated July 12, 1989. Then, The Company’s Articles of Association was changed for the Public Offering including the company’s change of name into PT. Bukit Darmo Property Tbk. PT Bukit Darmo Property Tbk basically is a company runs in the field of construction, development,trade and investment. In practice, the company operates as follows: Establishing and operating business in construction and development of apartments, offices, shops, recreational parks and tourism destinations along with their related facilities. Establishing and running service bureau such as promotion, management, marketing service, land selling and purchasing service, buildings, apartments, offices, shops, recreational parks, restaurants and tourism destination Establishing and operating business in services of design, construction and maintenance of housing, hotels, apartments, offices, shops, recreational parks and tourism destination including restaurants, golf courses, along with the associated facilities Operating all activities and businesses listed above to achieve the company’s goals in accordance with the valid laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

PT. Bukit Darmo Property Tbk merupakan perusahaan pengembangan properti yang berada di daerah Surabaya, sedang membutuhkan Spv Legal staff yang berkompeten dibidangnya.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  1. Memonitor Perjanjian-perjanjian yang memerlukan proses perpanjangan dan melaporkannya ke atasan.
  2. Membantu menyiapkan kelengkapan berkas untuk proses pengurusan ijin Usaha (Deperindag),IMB, Ijin Lokasi (Pemda), Ijin Site Plan (Pemda), dan perpanjangannya dan lain-lain
  3. Menyiapkan Surat Pembatalan sepihak, addendum-addendum perjanjian (bila diperlukan)
  4. Membuat MOU kesepakatan awal antara perusahaan dengan tenant
  5. Memonitor masa berlakunya kontrak maupun perijinan yang akan berakhir
  6. Mengelola pengadministrasian Legal Division (Distribusi Internal Memo, Surat Keluar, dan Surat Masuk).
  7. Membuat dan mengelola / memutakhirkan database asset.
  8. Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen Perjanjian Sewa Menyewa dan membuat Kontrak perjanjian sewa menyewa

Syarat Pengalaman :

  • Pengalaman 1 tahun di Legal atau Notaris

Keahlian :

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki keterampilan negosiasi dan berpikir analitis
  • Mampu bekerja underpressure, secara mandiri atau sebagai sebuah tim

Kualifikasi :

  1. Perempuan
  2. Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  3. Memiliki pengalaman membuat perjanjian
